Tension and stress can result from miscommunication and differing opinions and priorities and no matter where you are in your nursing journey, either preparing for RNCCAP, preparing for exams, SPEP or employment you will find this workshop very valuable in preparing you to effectively communicate and handle conflict in any situation, either with patients or with other members of the interprofessional team.
