Internationally Educated Nurses (IEN) are an essential part of the workforce worldwide. Professional skills such as advocacy, assertiveness, autonomy, and adaptability often become challenging to practice in a new nursing environment. In this workshop, we will discuss the “A4 Toolkit” to enhance professional attributes and support successful workplace integration among the IENs.
