Transition to Practice registration requirement takes effect April 1, 2025.
This new requirement ensures that individuals who enter the nursing profession in Ontario are familiar with competencies specific to the Canadian context of practice.
CARE Centre for Internationally Educated Nurses is excited to announce a collaboration with Toronto Metropolitan University to develop and plan the delivery of the CNO approved Transition to Practice course. Successful completion of this course fulfills the CNO’s “Transition to Practice” registration requirement.
