Our Workplace Integration Program enables employers to facilitate a smooth transition and successful integration of IENs into their workforce, empowering them to succeed and excel in practice & the workplace.

CARE Centre for Internationally Educated Nurses extends the Workplace Integration Program (WIP) to all health care and related organizations, offering practical strategies to act as a guide for innovation and sustainability. WIP supports efforts to Recruit, Integrate & Retain Internationally Educated Nurses by enabling employers to facilitate a smooth transition and successful integration of IENs into their workforce and empowering them to succeed and excel in practice & the workplace.
