Edsel Mutia, RN, is an accomplished healthcare professional and recognized leader with a strong track record in clinical excellence, operations, and community advocacy. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality patient care while contributing to system improvements and team development. Edsel is the recipient of the Joan Lesmond Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN) of the Year Award, recognizing exceptional clinical and therapeutic nursing practice. He has also been named one of the Top 25 Immigrants by Canadian Immigrant Magazine and is a recipient of the Dr. Morris Siu-Chong Memorial Award and the Toronto Star Nightingale Award—honours that reflect both professional excellence and compassionate care.
