Application for Membership

Complete and submit the registration form. Your application will be reviewed, and a CARE staff member will contact you.

Membership is free, voluntary, and funded by the Government of Ontario.

Are you a nurse who received your education in nursing outside of Canada?

Credentialing assessment report from one of the CNO approved credentialing Service Providers i.e World Education Services (WES), International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS), International Credential Evaluation Service (ICES) is required to become a CARE Centre member.
