The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University offers CVNU 200: Nursing in Ontario – Transition to Practice, a CNO-approved course designed to help internationally educated nurses (IENs) prepare for professional practice in Ontario.

Whether you’re looking for a structured six-week learning experience or an accelerated intensive format, this fully online course will help you build confidence in Ontario nursing practice, strengthen your understanding of the healthcare system and professional standards, connect with fellow IENs, and meet the College of Nurses of Ontario’s Transition to Practice requirement.

Successful completion of the course satisfies the CNO Transition to Practice requirement for eligible registration applicants.
