Internationally Educated Nurses who have been approved to immigrate to Canada can join CARE Centre’s PASS Program. PASS offers a pre-arrival program and a post-arrival program for newcomer nurses.

Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the PASS program helps pre-arrival nurses in their countries of residence who are planning immigration to Canada and provides post-arrival newcomer services to nurses anywhere in Canada.
