FACILITATOR: Grace Felix, RPN, BScN, MHIA

Grace is a nurse with experience in both Canadian and international healthcare settings. She holds a Master of Health Industry Administration degree from York University. Her diverse background encompasses acute care, long-term care, and home and community care. Over the past years, she has been actively involved in the not-for-profit sector in Ontario, focusing on nursing registration, employment processes, client engagements and advocacy work. Grace joined WeRPN in 2022 as a case manager in the BEGIN program. She subsequently transitioned to Professional Practice Associate in 2023. In her current capacity, she plays a pivotal role in providing support for professional practice initiatives and projects, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in healthcare.
